Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing SQUEE Shoes. Each pair is carefully prepared to ensure the highest standard of quality and hygiene for our customers.

For this reason, we are unable to accommodate returns or refunds. However, we are pleased to assist with size or model exchanges under the following terms:

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and returned with complete original packaging.

Exchanges may be arranged:
• In person at our warehouse (by appointment only), or
• Via courier service (return and re-delivery shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).

Kindly note:
• All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Custom-made or special request items may not be eligible for exchange.
