Shipping & Return Policy
All items are on a preorder basis with an estimated waiting time of 60-90 days. If your item is in stock, delivery will be made within 3–5 working days.
Returns
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt. Customers may opt to exchange their items in person at our warehouse by appointment only, as we are not on-site at all times.
Alternatively, if exchange is done via courier, customers will be responsible for shipping costs for both the return and re-delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
