Selected pre-order items may require an estimated waiting time of 60–90 days.
Tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped.
Self- Collection is not available at Dunearn Village, only available at envspace.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Customers may arrange exchanges in person at our warehouse by appointment only, as we are not on-site at all times. Alternatively, exchanges via courier are also available, with shipping costs for both return and re-delivery to be borne by the customer.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
